    Reasonably clean and exceptional hotel with reasonably good staff, lovely experience. Large and awesome breakfast for every taste, beautiful location. Very good service, airy room with great views of the garden and enormous selection;))

    Very nice staff! Rich breakfast!

    Unfortunately, a double bed is only two beds that are put together separately and constantly slide apart. The steam sauna did not work. Wellness area is too small and too loud, as the pool is right next to the rest area.

    The breakfast was just awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All requests were fulfilled immediately and in a friendly manner. We had a very nice and large room

    The suite was spacious and offered a comfortable stay with excellent air conditioning.

    The outdoor pool area was often overcrowded with guests reserving sun loungers early in the morning.

    Breakfast was very rich, everything fresh, many regional products and a very attentive service. In the whole hotel the service was very good, from the reception to the housekeeping.

    It is a pity that the whole pool area was still closed although we had some days with 20 degrees at the beginning of February, of course not for swimming, but just for sunbathing it would have been nice.

    Spacious suites in a quiet location and close to the beach and centre. Great breakfast buffet.

    Uncomfortable beds, mattresses have constantly shifted, minibar very poorly equipped, cleanliness sometimes left something to be desired, for 5 stars.

    Curiosity got me

    A good blend of luxury and service! The really good food left me craving more, especially the fresh cooking stations. The attentive staff ensured my stay was nice, highlighted by complimentary drinks upon arrival. The spa facilities were a personal haven. I couldn't have asked for a better escape.

    Beautiful exterior and great facilities.

    The check-in process was painfully slow. We found our suite to be in a deplorable state, with a strong smell and hair everywhere. The shower's water pressure was shockingly low, and adjusting the temperature was a nightmare, leaving us unable to freshen up properly .

    Great room with large terrace and sun all day long. Very friendly, courteous staff in all areas. Extraordinary catering with a wide range of dishes. Ideally located near the beach, the way to the village takes about 10 minutes.

    Equipment in the spa is not fully functional, way to the changing rooms leads bathers through the relaxation room. There is no ventilation in the fitness room. A shower should be installed in the rooms instead of the already older bath tub.

    Hipotels hipocampo palace & spa is a beautiful hotel with high-quality decor and spacious double rooms. It's just a short walk to the beach. The breakfast and dinner buffets are lovely, with countless meal options. The restaurant staff were also very great, made our dining experiences good.
